farm fresh truffle salt

The salt is Pyramid Flake Sea Salt, which comes from the unpolluted ancestral seabeds, under the Loddon plains in Victoria, Australia.

The salt is combined with fresh Périgord Truffle (black truffle), produced using minimal inputs and loving family labour.  

Unlike most truffle products, our salt is all natural, with no artifical essence.

The result is a genuine truffle taste, combined with a sharp, briny sea-salt.
